how do i make a blog?

Go to http://www.blogger.com and follow the directions.
They have templates that you can select so you don't have
to know any HTML to start your blog.

Just go to blogger.com. They make it incredibly easy to set up a blog. If
I can do it, anyone can do it. My nephew's guinea pig could probably do it.
